VO₂ Max Test

Test Your Limits — and Learn How to Break Through Them

Your VO₂ Max is one of the most powerful health and performance metrics available. It measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise — a direct reflection of your cardiovascular fitness, lung function, and metabolic capacity.

Whether you're a serious athlete, weekend warrior, or someone simply wanting to optimise energy, endurance, and heart health, your VO₂ Max score reveals how well your body performs under stress — and how you can improve it.

✔️ Measure your true cardiovascular fitness

✔️ Identify training zones for fat burn and endurance

✔️ Track in aerobic performance over time

✔️Assess heart, lung, and metabolic efficiency

✔️ Gain insight into long-term health and longevity

Trusted by athletes and health professionals — now available to you, without the guesswork or gym-based estimates.

What’s Measured?

Cardiovascular Health Check

See how efficiently your heart and lungs deliver oxygen during exercise — a key indicator of overall health.

Performance & Endurance Insight

Understand your aerobic capacity and how your body handles physical stress, fatigue, and recovery.

Optimised Fat-Burning Zones

Discover your personal heart rate zones for burning fat, building stamina, and training smarter.

Longevity & Vitality Marker

A higher VO₂ Max is strongly linked to better long-term health, energy, and reduced disease risk.

What is VO₂ Max?

VO₂ Max (Volume of Oxygen Max) is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can absorb and use during intense exercise. The higher your VO₂ Max, the more oxygen your muscles receive — allowing you to go harder, longer, and recover faster.

It’s widely considered the gold standard for assessing aerobic fitness and is used by professional athletes, personal trainers, and medical practitioners to track health and performance improvements.

Why It Matters

  • A higher VO₂ Max is linked to lower risk of heart disease, stroke, and premature death

  • It’s one of the best indicators of longevity, vitality, and how well your body can handle physical or mental stress

  • It helps guide training zones, improve endurance, and optimise fat-burning

  • It's a powerful motivator, showing exactly how your efforts are paying off over time

You’ll walk or run on a treadmill (or cycle, depending on equipment) while wearing a breathing mask or sensor. The test gradually increases in intensity to safely challenge your heart and lungs. During the test, your oxygen consumption, heart rate, and breathing patterns are measured to calculate your VO₂ Max and other metabolic markers.

The test is supervised and tailored to your ability — suitable for all fitness levels.
