When you place an order with Everwell Health, different terms may apply depending on what you are purchasing. Please refer to the appropriate sections below.

TERMS OF SALE BY PRODUCT/SERVICE TYPE

1. TESTING SERVICES TERMS OF SALE

These terms apply when you purchase home testing kits (e.g. blood, saliva, stool, or urine tests).

1.1 Eligibility

You may order testing kits if:

  • You are 18 or older

  • You are ordering for personal use

  • You have a valid payment method

1.2 Orders & Fulfilment

Test kits are delivered by post to your chosen delivery address. A contract is formed upon purchase.

1.3 Use & Responsibility

Test kits must be used as per the instructions provided. Everwell Health is not responsible for lost, delayed, or mishandled samples once in transit.

1.4 Medical Disclaimer

Our tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional for diagnosis or treatment.

2. SUPPLEMENTS TERMS OF SALE

These terms apply when you order our nutritional or herbal supplement products.

2.1 Product Use

All supplements should be used as directed. Products are intended for general wellness and should not replace medical treatment. Always check with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.

2.2 Shelf Life & Storage

Please refer to the product packaging for expiration dates and storage instructions. If this is not available, please do not use the product. Everwell Health is not liable for product deterioration due to improper storage.

2.3 Refunds

Refunds on supplements are only available on unopened items returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

3. CONSULTATION & COACHING TERMS

These terms apply to any one-to-one or group wellness sessions, coaching programs, or consultations booked with us.

3.1 Service Nature

Consultations are for general guidance only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consultations may include nutrition, lifestyle, fitness, or mental wellness advice tailored to you.

3.2 Booking & Cancellation

Consultations must be pre-booked. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

These terms apply to monthly or annual subscription plans including coaching, testing, or supplement delivery.

4.1 Billing

Recurring charges will be applied based on your selected plan. You may manage or cancel your membership via your account at any time.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for the remainder of the billing period after cancellation, unless required by law.

GENERAL TERMS

PRICES & PAYMENTS

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments must be made via valid debit/credit card or other accepted payment methods.

  • You will see the total cost (including shipping where applicable) at checkout.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Testing kits and supplement products are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION

  • Testing Kits: If you cancel your order within 14 days and the kit has not been used or registered with the lab, you may return it for a partial refund. We reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs incurred (e.g. kit production, shipping, lab fees) from your refund. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used kits.

  • Supplements: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Consultations: Refunds only available with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Digital Programs: Non-refundable once accessed unless faulty or misrepresented.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Everwell Health is not liable for:

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party services (e.g. postal, lab)

  • Reactions to supplements not taken as directed

  • Incorrect or incomplete use of test kits

  • Advice or services that are misunderstood, misapplied, or not followed up appropriately

We provide information and services “as-is,” and make no guarantees as to the outcomes of using our products or services.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Our services and products are for general wellness only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not rely solely on our services for your healthcare needs.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises, we will attempt to resolve it informally. If unresolved, the dispute will be handled through mediation or arbitration under the laws of England and Wales.
