Missed or Returned Deliveries

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect, you will be responsible for additional re-shipping charges.

If a package is refused or not accepted, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
Who Pays Customs Fees?

Everwell Health cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for international orders due to potential customs delays.
Denied, Held, or Destroyed Shipments

Everwell Health is not liable for packages refused, delayed, or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions.

If your parcel is returned to us, we can issue a refund minus original shipping costs.

If customs destroys or rejects your shipment, no refund will be issued.
4. Restricted Items & Country-Specific Notes
Some countries restrict the import of medical self-testing kits. While we aim to comply with international shipping laws, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items can be lawfully imported.

5. Address Issues & Lost Parcels

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Lost in Transit: If your parcel is lost during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and investigate where possible.
6. Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping

UK Orders: Unused test kits may be returned within 14 days in line with our [Returns & Refunds Policy]. Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
