Lung Health Check

Breathe Better. Live Stronger.

Your lungs don’t whisper—they tell you when something’s wrong. We help you listen before it gets loud.

Our Lung Health Check gives you a fast, non-invasive snapshot of your respiratory performance. In just minutes, we assess your lung function and oxygen levels—vital markers that can reveal signs of asthma, COPD, long COVID effects, or general reduced capacity.

✔️ Measure blood pressure and heart rate
✔️ Track resting heart rate and cardiovascular strain
✔️ Assess oxygen saturation and respiratory efficiency
✔️ Identify signs of inflammation or underlying infection
✔️ Spot early indicators of stress or illness

Fast, accessible health screening for everyone..

What’s Measured?

Lung Function

(FEV₁ & PEF)

Measures how much air you can forcefully exhale in one second (FEV₁) and your peak expiratory flow (PEF). These are key markers for detecting early signs of asthma, COPD, and reduced lung performance.

Oxygen Saturation (SpO₂)

Shows how efficiently your lungs are delivering oxygen to your blood — vital for energy, endurance, and cellular health.

Heart Rate (Pulse)

Captures your resting pulse, offering insight into cardiovascular stress, recovery capacity, and general wellbeing.

Why It Matters

Your lungs and heart don’t just keep you alive — they tell the truth about your health long before symptoms show up.

Changes in breathing strength, oxygen levels, or resting heart rate can signal early signs of stress, illness, or chronic conditions like asthma or COPD. Our devices give you a fast, clinical-grade snapshot of how well your body is handling life right now — no stethoscope or GP referral required.

Whether you're recovering from illness, tracking your fitness, or simply want peace of mind, this test cuts through the guesswork and gives you clarity in minutes.

How It Works

The test is quick, comfortable, and completely non-invasive.

You’ll be seated and asked to take a few deep breaths into a hospital-grade handheld spirometer that also clips to your finger to measure oxygen saturation and heart rate. The full process takes just a few minutes.

Your results are reviewed instantly and can be explained during your visit or included in your personalised health report — perfect for tracking progress over time.

We use a CE-certified, medically validated device trusted by clinicians worldwide for respiratory screening and early detection.
