Mid-Year Mini Assessment The Mid-Year Mini Assessment is a simple progress checkpoint designed to help you stay on track between your annual health screenings. Included within select EverWell Memberships, this short in-clinic review provides a valuable opportunity to reassess key markers of wellbeing, monitor improvements, and identify any early changes that may require attention. Rather than repeating a full screening, the Mini Assessment focuses on core indicators that reflect day-to-day health and lifestyle progress. It’s ideal for clients who want ongoing accountability and a clearer picture of how their body is responding over time. What’s Included Your Mid-Year Mini Assessment may include: Blood pressure and resting heart rate Body composition scan (fat, muscle, hydration balance) Grip strength and functional performance check Urine health screening (key metabolic and hydration markers) Optional ECG snapshot where appropriate Following your assessment, you’ll receive a brief update highlighting your current progress, any notable changes since your last screening, and practical recommendations to support the months ahead. Why It Matters Health is not static — small shifts in sleep, stress, nutrition, fitness, or recovery can impact your wellbeing long before symptoms appear. A mid-year checkpoint helps you stay proactive, measure progress, and make adjustments early, rather than waiting until your next annual visit. The Mid-Year Mini Assessment is a simple but powerful tool for maintaining momentum, supporting long-term health goals, and ensuring your membership delivers meaningful insight throughout the year.
Cancellation Policy
Parking – Important Notice The building operates an ANPR parking system. Vehicle registrations must be entered at reception on every visit, and the process fully completed. Failure to do so may result in a parking charge. EverWell Health is unable to assist with parking appeals or challenges. Booking & Payment All appointments must be booked in advance, either online or with our team. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule. • More than 24 hours’ notice: full refund or free reschedule • Within 24 hours: 100% cancellation fee applies • No-shows or missed appointments: charged in full, no refund or reschedule Late Arrivals Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients. Full charges still apply. Packages & Coaching Plans All sessions within packages or 12-week programs must be used within the agreed timeframe. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward unless agreed in writing under exceptional circumstances. Health & Suitability If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or any medical condition that may affect your suitability for testing, please contact us before booking.
