A Note on Brand Confusion: EverWell Health Ltd and "tryeverwellhealth.com"

We want to be upfront and transparent with our clients, followers, and anyone who finds this page after searching for us. Over the past few weeks, we've received a number of messages, emails, and public comments from people who believed they had ordered from us — when in fact they had purchased a product from an unrelated company operating under a similar name.

We're publishing this statement so there's a clear, public record of what's happened and why.

What's happened

Several people have contacted EverWell Health Ltd, in some cases publicly on social media, raising concerns about a "Fermented Black Garlic Extract + CoQ10 Ubiquinol" supplement. Concerns raised have included non-delivery of orders, and worries about product safety after noticing the packaging states the product is manufactured in China.

We do not sell, and have never sold, this product.

Having looked into it, this supplement is sold via a website called tryeverwellhealth.com, operated by a US-registered company (Aviron Holdings LLC, Delaware) that appears to have started trading within the last few weeks. Their branding uses the name "EverWell" and use the word health in thier URL, which understandably has caused confusion with our own company name. Their site is also set up to display pricing in British pounds and offers delivery to the UK, which is likely why UK customers in particular have found their way to us by mistake.

We have no affiliation, business relationship, or connection of any kind with this company, its products, or its supply chain.

Who we actually are

EverWell Health Ltd is a UK-registered preventative health company based in Cardiff, Wales. We provide:

• In-clinic health screenings — blood testing and health assessments across our Essential, Pro, and Longevity packages

• EverWell Connect — a remote health membership combining wearable data, coaching, and annual blood testing

If you've been affected

If you purchased a garlic supplement or similar product believing it came from us, we're sorry for the confusion this has caused — but we're not able to assist with refunds, delivery issues, or product concerns for a product we didn't sell, as we have no visibility into that company's order or fulfilment systems. Please contact the retailer directly, using the contact details provided on your order confirmation or on their website.

Our own standards

To be clear about our own products and services: anything EverWell Health Ltd has supplied is manufactured in the UK and meets all applicable UK safety standards. Our screening services use accredited laboratory partners, and our in-clinic testing follows recognised clinical protocols. Quality and safety aren't something we compromise on, and we take our reputation seriously — which is exactly why we wanted this situation addressed clearly and publicly.
